As a trade apprentice, we provide you with a tool allowance to start your career and purchasing the best new tools or office equipment available. 

As a construction professional apprentice, you will be provided with the best equipment to use during your career with us. 

You are paired with a qualified and time served tradesperson or profession, who will guide and mentor you through your apprenticeship. Your will hone your skillsets, and subject to you applying your newly learnt skills, will go on to be a qualified professional in the area you have chosen. 

Due to our continued working relationships with West Herts Collage, where our apprentices study, we enrol you onto the apprenticeship scheme. Our current trainee carpenter’s study at the Luton campus of Barnfield, for one day a week, with the remaining four days spent at our sites.
